Learn to Like Yourself

This four week course is to help people to explore and improve the way that they value themselves. Through discussion, activities, and tasks to do at home, we will help each other to better understand our negative self-beliefs and thought patterns, improving our self-esteem. The course costs £35 and runs weekly from Thursday 12th January until Thursday 2nd February from 7-8:30pm. Click on the link to book and pay.
