This four-week self help programme will help you to identify and explore unhelpful personal and cultural beliefs, attitudes and events that may be causing you unnecessary anxiety or stress in life. You will adopt strategies for adopting a better sense of security. These will include changing certain assumptions, relaxation training and connecting with your potential.
The course lasts four weeks and runs on Tuesdays, beginning on the 7th February 2019 from 6:30pm – 8:00pm.
