Oakwood Psychology Services provides a range of therapies and professional services to students, therapists and allied professionals. We also conduct and collaborate in counselling research.

We care for adults, children and families. We provide CBT, person-centred and solution-focussed therapy; EMDR; and dramatherapy and creative therapy. We also offer psychoeducational group work and self-help groups.

We offer online and telephone counselling sessions to individuals for a wide range of psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Working online or via telephone can be particularly useful for people with disabilities, or those with limited availability or travel restrictions.

We offer a number of therapy and support groups throughout the year. Costs for our groups range from free to minimal cost per session.
