I am a registered member of the BACP currently working towards accreditation.
I worked as a therapist with Oakwood Psychology Services since 2014. I work primarily with clients with eating disorders. I facilitate an Introduction to Mindfulness Group. I also work for ABL Health providing group and one to one therapy for clients with weight management issues. I have previously volunteered as a bereavement counsellor for the Macmillan Wellbeing Service.
How I work
I am an integrative counsellor who works from a person centred perspective. I aim to work with clients in a non-judgemental, kind and respectful manner to help them become more self- aware, facilitate personal growth and empower themselves to make changes.
