The New Patterns Group runs weekly on a Friday in person at Oakwood House from 3:30-5pm facilitated by Emma Salazar in 12-week blocks.

New Patterns aims to help participants develop a healthier relationship with food and body image, learn skills such as problem-solving, mindfulness, coping skills, and anxiety management, increase their knowledge about disordered eating, and improve their overall self-esteem and sense of identity.
