Weekly Wellbeing Activities
Oakwood House hosts a collection of relaxing, sociable and fun activities which are open to all Oakwood House clients. Arts and Crafts Club
Learn how to make jewellery, greetings cards, personalised gifts and more in our Arts and Crafts Club which is open every other Thursday from 1 - 2 pm at Oakwood House on a drop-in basis. All art supplied are provided and the club is free of charge. Facilitated by Tony Clarke, an experienced arts and crafts support worker.Download leaflet
Reflexology and Shoulder Massage
For relaxation and stress reduction, Oakwood House offers 30 minute reflexology (foot massage) or neck and shoulder massages with Fran Staton, a highly experienced massage therapist.
